Cancellation: Above you will find our current rate schedule for summer, season and extended stays. You must provide 3 days advance notice prior to 12:00 p.m. on the date of scheduled arrival for daily reservations to avoid cancellation charges. If Bay Bayou RV Resort is not notified within 3 days of your reservation you will forfeit your deposit. You must provide 7 days advance notice prior to 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival for weekly reservations to avoid cancellation charges. If Bay Bayou RV Resort is not notified within 7 days of your reservation you will forfeit your deposit. All cancellation requests for monthly reservations must be made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled after the 30 day period will forfeit the entire deposit. Deposits are not transferable. No refunds will be granted for early departures. All reservations of one month or more will be charged for metered electric charges. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at a corporate level. Deposit refunds will only be given for reservations scheduled April 1st- November 30th No refunds will be granted December 1st – March 31st
