Cancellation: <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: normal;"><strong>ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST NIGHT OF STAY </strong>and will automatically be charged to the credit or debit card used for the initial deposit. If you wish to pay using a different payment method, please call us prior to 30 days of your arrival at 928-927-4206. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposits and/or paid in full amount.</p> <p>CANCELLATIONS: Please call 928-927-4206 if you need to cancel before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund. If cancellation is made within the deadline timeframes, a deposit fee of $25 will be charged.
