Near the park, there's plenty of opportunities for travelers to go fishing, horseback riding, boating, golfing and outdoor swimming. Just beyond the campground, campers can look forward to a number of excellent attractions such as the Fun Spot Waterslide, Blue Skies Skydiving Center and there's also several local parks to hiking and bike. The Moody Gardens, nearby San Jacinto Monument, Kemah Boardwalk, S S Selma Concrete Ship and the local vineyard are definitely camper favorites.
