Retama Village (55+ park)

The Retama Village RV Park is an adult camping community located in the beautiful Texas town of Mission, and is a great spot for an authentic southern escape. Onsite, campers can expect great kayaking, hiking, biking and wildlife viewing. Just beyond the campground are a number of excellent attractions for visitors and locals alike to enjoy. Some camper favorites include: Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park for hiking, biking and birding, the McAllen Nature Center, Old Hidalgo Pumphouse Museum, World Birding Center, Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park and the National Butterfly Center. There's also the La Lomita Mission, Mission Historical Museum and the The Butterfly Garden At Oleander Acres. And of course, campers can take advantage of the area's excellent local eateries, breweries and pubs.
