Cancellation: <p>Reservations cancelled at least 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date and done in writing or by email are eligible for a full return of deposit minus $15 cancellation fee. Reservations attempting to cancel within 15 days of scheduled arrival date may change dates to later in the season. Reservations changed for arrival dates after August 30th may reschedule to any dates to prior to June 1st of the following season. Rescheduled reservations may not be cancelled or refunded. A $10 reschedule fee will be assessed for each change of dates done to a reservation. Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival which cannot be rescheduled will forfeit the deposit. Absolutely NO refunds for early check-outs. Camping is an outdoor activity, therefore there will be NO REFUNDING for reservations cancelled due to inclement weather. NO SHOWS: Reservations with deposits will be held until 2:00 p.m. twenty-four hours after arrival date. If the guest has not arrived by that time and has not contacted Treasure Beach RV Park, the reservations will be automatically cancelled as a NO SHOW; and the entire required deposit will be retained and will NOT be forwarded to a later stay.</p>
