Cancellation: Cabin Deposit/Cancellation Policy A $15.00 cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations made 15 days or more of the scheduled arrival date. A fee equal to one night stay applies to ALL other cancellations with the exception of Holidays and Special Event Weekends (See Below). Cancellation Policy for Holiday Weekends and Special Event Weekends: Including Bikes, Blues, and BBQ, War Eagle Craft Show, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day must be made 30 or more days prior to the event for a refund minus the $15.00 cancellation fee. All Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event or holiday are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person.
